What to expect in the year 2012. This is my prediction for the coming year.
- An increase in foreclosures
- An increase in home sales
- A decrease in mortgage lending
- A very unpredictable year
- The economy will improve over last year
- The unemployment rate will drop lower
- There will be a big change in the US House and Senate
- Mortgage rates will go up
- Investor confidence will increase
- Gas prices will change weekly
