All ads on the "Home Page" will be $1.00 PPC
Any ad on any other page will be $0.75 PPC
Business Directory Listing Fees
This is a telephone book type listing consisting of a single line with the company name, address, and phone number listed. Advertisement is available and is for one calendar year only, handbook is published on 20 December each year, and all listings must be in the club office by 30 November to be listed:
- Telephone Book type listing $10.00 (company name, address, phone number)
- Whole Page advertisement $75.00
- Three Quarter?Page advertisement $65.00
- Half Page advertisement $45.00
- Quarter Page advertisement $25.00
Member's Handbook Advertising Fees
This has a telephone book type listing consisting of a single line, company name, address, and phone number. Advertisement is available and is for one calendar year only, handbook is published on 20 December each year, and all listings must be in the club office by 30 November to be listed:
- Telephone Book type listing $5.00 (company name, address, phone number)
- Whole Page advertisement $45.00
- Three Quarter?Page advertisement $35.00?
- Half Page advertisement $25.00
- Quarter Page advertisement $15.00
Voice Mail Fees
(This is available only for one business for the period listed)
- One year = $150.00
- 6 months = $90.00
- 3 months = $50.00
Other fees or charges
- Post Card Mailers $10.00 per bulk mailing (maximum of 3 banner type ads per mailer)
- 8 X 11 Mailer (full page flyer type mailer) $15.00 per bulk mailing (maximum of 5 banner type ads per mailer sheet)
- Table to exhibit at meeting venue $100.00 per table (only available if not taken by sponsor or vendor)
- Referral Mechanism (not fully established at this time)
- Sponsor of the Month (profiled in the Monthly Meeting Program, shown on the PowerPoint loop before monthly meeting, shown on the website site viewable by the general public)
- Speaker fees or charges $25.00 before meeting for 10 minutes
- PowerPoint Loop advertising before meeting $10.00 per meeting?

Note:
- E-mail distributions will go to guest, active members, and inactive members?
- Charge is at one cent per person sent the distribution with a minimum charge of $5.00 per distribution for a one page distribution?
- Distributions of more than one page are charge per person sent the distribution at $0.0075 per page up to a total of four pages and $0.005 per page thereafter with a $5.00 minimum charge per distribution?
- A page is the equivalent of a Microsoft Word Doc 8.5 X 11 inch default page written in 12-point ?Times New Roman? font?
- Any page using a page format larger than described above will be charged double the above rate?
- Vendors requesting this service must provide all advertising in Microsoft Word Doc or PDF format?
- All distributions will be sent out as an attachment to a regular e-mail distribution?
- E-mail distribution will go out once a day with as many distributions desired per week and each daily distribution being charged separately?
- Verification of sent distribution is from a copy of the report sent by the server to REICAUSTIN which is than sent to the vendor?s contact and e-mail address?
- Billing is sent by e-mail to the vendor?s contact one week before the distribution is sent if only a single distribution is sent (payment must be in office at least 24 hours before distribution)?
- Billing for multiple distributions are sent the Friday before said distribution (payment must be in office at least 48 hours before distribution)?
- All bills are due before distribution. Any bill not paid will not get distributed.?
As a vendor, you can advertise with REICAUSTIN for various periods. The minimum charge for a vendor is $250.00 for a single meeting and that covers one exhibit table in the meeting room and one year?s membership to the club.?
To save on cost a vendor may bundle various advertising rates for a reduction in cost. The various ways you can save is by bundling different advertising fees in various type packages.?

Sponsor Packages are Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum
BASIC
You get the following: One year membership for one person, use of an exhibit table, ?-page ad in Monthly Meeting Program.
BRONZE
You get Basic Package plus half-page ad in newsletter.
SILVER
You get the following:
- One year membership for two people
- Use of an exhibit table
- Half-page ad in Monthly Meeting Program
- Half-page ad in newsletter.
GOLD
You get the following:
- One year membership for two people
- Use of an exhibit table
- Whole-page ad in Monthly Meeting Program
- Whole-page ad in newsletter.
PLATINUM
You get the Gold Package plus a Website Banner ad on the home page and a black and white Sponsor Display Banner
